Refund policy

At Feminostree, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase and are eligible for a refund, please read the following terms carefully.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1. Refunds are applicable only for products that:

  • Are received in a defective or damaged condition
  • Are incorrect items delivered compared to your order
  • Have manufacturing faults

1.2. To be eligible, you must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery in case of damage or defects
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the defective item and packaging
  • Return the product in its original, unused condition with all tags intact

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Jewellery (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Customized, altered, or personalised products
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

3. Refund Process

3.1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
3.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days:

  • Online payments: Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

3.3. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


4. Order Cancellations & Refunds

4.1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund.
4.2. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
