1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
For international orders, please contact us before placing your order at support@feminostree.com to confirm delivery availability and charges.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During high demand period (such as sales or festivals) processing may take slightly longer time, we appreciate your patience.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Non-Metro Cities / Remote Areas: 5–8 working days after dispatch
- Custom or Pre-order Items: May take longer (timeline will be shared at the time of order)
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping above ₹ 1000 order value
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional Rs 75 COD handling fee
- International Shipping: Charges vary based on weight & destination
5. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
- If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges will apply if you request delivery again.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
- We will investigate and arrange for replacement or refund as per our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or logistics issues
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or public disturbances
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
