Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

At Feminostree, we aim to provide you with the highest quality women’s clothing and jewellery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and this policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

1.1. A product may be eligible for return, refund, or exchange if:

  • The request is made within 2 days of delivery for returns/exchanges and also for damaged/defective claims
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

1.2. The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Jewellery (due to hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Customized, altered, or personalised items
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return:

  • Email us at [your email] with your order number, product details, and reason for return
  • Attach clear images of the product and packaging
  • Once approved, ship the product to the provided return address

2.2. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.


3. Exchange Process

3.1. Exchanges are offered for size or colour changes (subject to stock availability).
3.2. If the desired product is unavailable, we will offer store credit or an alternative product of equal value.


4. Refund Process

4.1. Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
4.2. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days:

  • Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit

4.3. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4.4. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

5.1. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
5.2. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


6. Conditions for Acceptance

We reserve the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request if:

  • The product shows signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery
  • The product is missing original packaging or tags
  • The request is made outside the allowed time frame
